培养“任其自然”的功夫（第十章）
弗朗西斯科·瓦雷拉曾描述过一个进入个人意识体验的方法。他称此方法融会了内省法、现象学和佛教禅定。他的研究采纳了这些传统方法并试图萃取它们的共性。他认为，要想更加清醒地觉知我们的意识体验，需要三种心法：摒除杂念、返观内心和任其自然。＇40＇
